Written affirmations
Deleted negative names from you cell phone and address book
Changed your diet (if necessary) to live a healthy lifestyle
Exercised for 20-30 minutes
Are any of the above activites really that time consuming? You can read the Bible (the best personal development book on the planet) when you rise for 15-20 minutes. Go to the gym and listen to your Ipod or other portable device while exercising for 20-30 minutes. Right there you have knocked out three HUGE requirements to lay the proper foundation for a successful life. If you struggle with any of these activities, you are not that serious about changing your life and gaining freedom.
Stop sending jokes to a friend via email and start sending motivational quotes and stories of people overcoming great obstacles. Plant a seed that will bring you a harvest in the future. Start your day the right way instaed of the way most people do, get in the game!
