Off To West Palm Beach For Coaching
Today I am off to West Palm beach, FL for four intense days of coaching with John Di Lemme. If you have listened to the bonus interview I did with John as part of the Everyday Is Saturday CD launch, then you know the story of how John and I met.
I was introduced to John in 2004 and loved his passion for life and business. I bought all of his CD’s and became involved in his coaching program not too long after. “Coaches have coaches have coaches.” That’s Sam-Speak for “Everyone needs a coach.” Michael Jordan had a coach, Tiger Woods has a coach and every successful person has a coach or mentor they turn to for guidance.
John is an ex-stutterer like myself and we share so many other traits. I am excited to spend the next four days with John because I know I will learn a ton, be stretched beyond my wildest imagination and come back to Cincinnati with new ideas I can implement immediately.
I’m bringing my recording equipment to Florida, so no need to worry if you’ll hear the weekly Everyday Is Saturday Show, we are committed to you and your dream. When I’m not with John, I’ll be traveling around West Palm visiting all my old stomping grounds. I packed my Toyota Celica in February of 1990 and left Florida in my rear view mirror after moving there with a buddy of mine two years prior. I was a Series 7 licensed stock broker from 1988-1990 in West Palm and it was a pretty wild time as you might imagine.
I moved to Buffalo, NY (yes, you are reading this correctly-I left West Palm For Lake Erie during winter) and bartended for nine months before landing a job with the company I would retire from 17 years later. I should write a book about the last two paragraphs alone, I think it would sell quite well.
