Aged Corporations- Shelf Corporations
I posted in my blog a few weeks ago about aged corporations - also known as shelf corporations - for the astute investor. Well, I received more calls and emails than I ever thought and have been spending the past three weeks speaking to investors about how they can benefit from a legitimate aged corporation. I also spent much time weeding out the not-so-serious investors because I’m not interested in building a corporation for someone, funding it with $1M-$25M of money and having it go south. You really need to understand just how unique aged corporations are and how much of a luxury it is to receive millions of dollars without speaking to one banker - we handle everything.
