					<description>Hey Sam,

this is something I've noticed amongst my own assistants and freelancers that want to get more work from me. Now I finally know their ulterior motives.

Though I'd wanted to ask.. you start with Step One, but I couldn't find a second or third step in your article. Did you leave me hanging for your next article there?

					<description>Hi Dave,
Sorry to hear you are having this issue. I was in a sales organization where quotas were king. If you could get the job done in 4 hrs more power to you.
Management was different.
Sales managers were under the impression that longer hrs translated into a job well done. I was the first manager to come along and chellanege the Saturday Lifestyle - ironic that my business is now named after that day of the week:)
Hard to find a quick cure for the problem you have.
I could write a whole other eboook on how to rise up the corporate ladder but it would be a very depressing read. The first thing you would have to do is put your family last.
Regards,
Sam</description>
