Writing a book would be pretty cool if it wasn’t for the writing part.
I took a break to record this video and give you a view of my 80 sq ft “writing office.” I had to rent this office space because I can’t have any distractions.
(sigh) Speaking is so much easier. I never dreamed I would utter those words when I was stuttering 20 yrs ago.
Y’all better buy this damn book when it comes out (Champion) for how long it’s taking me to write it! (plus it should be pretty good:)

Hi Sam,
Thanks for showing the “real side” of what it takes on a day to day basis to be successful. Many only want to see the glitz and glamor.
I have no doubt that you will write a NY Times best seller.
You are a true inspiration.
You have inspired me to improve in every area of my life, starting with a body transformation. I’ve shed 13kgs in just over 2 months and feel fantastic.
I too want to inspire others in the way that you do.
I want to inspire “everyday” people to dream and achieve.
You have planted the seed to tell my story.

Sam, thanks so much for showing us the real side of things. So often that is what people don’t get, they think it is all glitz and glamour. The truth is it takes dedication, focus and persistence. However, don’t go too far, I know I was for a bit and realized those few hours in my office being focused got longer and longer.
Today I decided it was SATURDAY and took the family out for a beautiful nature hike and see the ocean. Took lots of pics and had a blast! Life is great, thank you so much for showing us that. You Rock, can’t wait to read your bestseller book!
