Every Day Is Saturday In Iraq

The email below came into my inbox at 1:36am today.

People ask me all the time, how could a guy leave a six-figure executive job ten years from retirement? I left my job to escape a world of mediocrity and excuse-making.

I receive 100’s of emails from people all around the world who have plugged into the Every Day Is Saturday message, but none move me as much as the ones I receive from the men & women defending our country.

Take a look

Sam,
I found your show two weeks ago and it has changed my outlook on life.  I’m deployed to Iraq and I really needed your message to help me realize that life will be better.

I’m not going to waste your time telling you about how bad it is here, because champions don’t blame circumstances, they react to them.  I’m fired up Sam and have some of my fellow Airmen fired up too.  I’m in the Real Estate investing game as well and am jumping back into studying, because I’m determined to make something out of my situation.
I just wanted to thank you Sam.

Dustin,

Thank you for defending the greatest country in the world. Thank you for allowing my wife and my three girls to sleep at night while you and your fellow soldiers stand guard.

The last four letters of the word American is I-Can.

You are a Champion!

Sam
