It’s bee a while since my last blog update….and for good reason.
I’ve been spending most of my free time (when not with family or traveling around the country) at the gym.
That’s right – I’ve been keeping true to my promise of shedding all of that unwanted weight and bringing back the muscle tone in my body.
Has it been easy?
I didn’t think it would be.
But let me say this boys & girls: I’m back!
I tipped the scales at 194 this morning – down from 205 just 31 days ago. And that includes all of the new found muscle that’s been added – we all know muscle weighs more than fat:)
