Down and out - Another Day in My Physical Fitness Journey

It's bee a while since my last blog update....and for good reason.
I've been spending most of my free time (when not with family or traveling around the country) at the gym.
That's right - I've been keeping true to my promise of shedding all of that unwanted weight and bringing back the muscle tone in my body.

Has it been easy?
Heck no!

I didn't think it would be.
But let me say this boys & girls: I'm back!

I tipped the scales at 194 this morning - down from 205 just 31 days ago. And that includes all of the new found muscle that's been added - we all know muscle weighs more than fat:)

Bottom line: I feel like I'm 21 yrs old again.

Diagnosis: TooFatToFitIntoPants-itis

A few days ago I recorded a cute little video with my two borders collies Lucy & Ginger.

The video was a fun little attempt to show how one dog is a leader and the other a follower.

One problem: When I watched the video later, I wanted to crawl into their dog cage with them and never come out.

Holy Milk Bones!
The guy in the video was severely overweight and something had to be done right then and there - no waiting.
