I met a guy in Orlando two weeks ago who has 17,000 physical fitness degrees.
One minute we were exchanging pleasantries, the next we were running ALL the stairs in the hotel after an hour long workout.
The dude kicked my butt! So much for my Florida vacation.
He sent me back to Ohio with a new workout program complete with an overhauled nutritional diet.
All is going well with my new program but it got me thinking of the mental diet most people need to adhere to in order to reach their Saturday.
